The Community Relations Commission (CRC) has been charged by the City Council for the City of Elizabeth City and the Pasquotank County Board of Commissioners to:

Promote understanding of challenges and opportunities facing racial, ethnic and other social groups within our community.

Address the recommendations derived from the city-wide study on race relations.

This conference is designed to meet the objectives of the City and County by means of interactive workshops to improve relationships within our diverse community.
