Joe will entertain from 7-10 pm at The City Wine Sellar, Bakery, Deli & Wine Bar (located in Downtown Elizabeth City, corner of Main & Water Streets). Regular deli menu items served from 6-9 pm. The Sellar Wine Bar is a non-smoking inside venue; however, smoking is allowed in the cafe seating area.
