You’ll see interviews with TDA Chairwoman Maureen Donnelly, who talks about the Elizabeth City Historic Ghost Walk; Lisa Winslow, representing the Albemarle Craftsman’s Fair; and Dr. Sultana Khan, for the ECSU Planetarium Halloween star shows.
