Last Days of QAR

In November 1996, the commercial salvage company Intersal, Inc. reported the location of an unidentified shipwreck just outside Beaufort Inlet to North Carolina archaeologists. Though not definitively identified to date, many researchers believe the remains represent the long lost flagship of Blackbeard the pirate, the fabled Queen Anne’s Revenge. This exhibit’s last days here are: Saturday January 19th, and Sunday January 20th. The Museum is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sunday.
