One Year Anniversary Event
Saturday, March 21st

Time: 8:00 am — 9:15 am
Event: Bird Hike with a ranger.
Other information: Meet in parking area. Binoculars provided.

Time: 9:30 am — 10:15 am
Event: Denizens of the Dismal: Learn about the animals that call the Dismal Swamp home.
Other information: Meets on the boardwalk platform. (Will meet in the auditorium in inclement weather)

Time: 9:30 am — 11:00 am
Event: Bird Hike with a ranger.
Other information: Meet in the visitor center lobby. Binoculars provided.

Time: 11:30 am — 12:00 pm (noon)
Event: "History of the Waterways of the Swamp" presentation by George Ramsey.
Other information: Meets in the visitor center auditorium.

Time: 1:00 pm — 1:30 pm
Event: "The Underground Railroad in North Carolina" presentation by Wanda McLean.
Other information: Meets in the visitor center auditorium.

Time: 1:30 pm — 2:00 pm
Event: Denizens of the Dismal
Other information: Meets on the boardwalk platform. (Will meet in the auditorium in inclement weather)

Time: 2:00 pm — 3:00 pm
Event: Serpents of the Dismal
Other information: Meets in the visitor center auditorium.
