The speed and thrills of power boat racing will turn Elizabeth City Waterfront into the "Fastest Water in the East" with the International Cup Regatta, June 6-7, 2009. This will be the 4th year of power boat racing hosted by the Carolina Cup Regatta on the Pasquotank River.
