ECSU announces International Week will be November 15-20 ending with the annual covered dish dinner

The annual covered dish supper is open to anyone bringing a dish or beverage. 6:00 pm or 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm ... Usually in the central big room at K.E. White Center. Wear a native costume if you have one. Or bring a flag.

Several symposiums, seminars, discussions, speakers, and films throughout the week centered on international events and culture will lead up to the international covered dish dinner.

ECSU boasts over forty faculty from more than 26 countries, a truly international university in focus and academics.
