May 2010: America's Secret Warriors at MOA

TALK ON AMERICA’S SECRET WARRIORS AT THE MUSEUM OF THE ALBEMARLE

ELIZABETH CITY, NC – Former CIA officer David Gray will present an Albemarle Historic Roundtable two-part lecture Sunday May 2 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at the Museum of the Albemarle. This talk will complement the “America’s Secret Warriors: The OSS and the George Watts Hill Collection” exhibit currently on display.

From 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm : Gray’s topic will be "From the OSS (Office of Strategic Services) to the CIA and ODNI (Office of Director of National Intelligence): An assessment of the past, present and future of U.S. Intelligence with an examination of Intelligence for the 21st Century."

From 3:15 pm - 4:15 pm : Gray will present "Staring into the Abyss: A Current and Future Assessment of the Security Situation of Afghanistan and Pakistan"

From 4:15 pm - 5:00 pm : Visitors can view “America’s Secret Warriors: The OSS and the George Watts Hill Collection” in the Museum’s first-floor gallery. For more information, contact the museum at (252)-331-1453.
