Children are invited to join us for this special edition of Kids' Night Art featuring painting, drawing, sculpture, pottery, collage, and craft projects. Admission is FREE for children accompanied by an adult. Special discount price of $15.00 per child for children left to explore on their own while their parents explore the other local events for this First Friday Art Walk.

Bring in your own special sea glass finds for this special workshop on wrapping your sea glass for earring designs. Add some crystals or pearls, or other glass, shell, or precious metal beads for your own unique and one-of-a-kind creations. Bring your own sea glass, or use some of ours. We have about a pound of perfect sea glass available from our past year in the Bahamas! Bring your own tools or rent ours. Price includes all materials. $20.00 ($16.00 member) Participants can go home with three pairs of sea glass earrings each!

Serenity Studio Arts, in conjunction with IBX arts, is pleased to announce we are seeking original artwork from local artists for our upcoming spring show. An opening reception will take place on March 12, 2011 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Wine and cheese will be served, and Prize Winners will be announced. The exhibition will take place March 12, 2011 - April 2, 2011 at Serenity Studio Arts, located at 104 E. Main St., Elizabeth City, NC.
