MUSEUM CELEBRATES NATIONAL NIGHT OUT

(Elzabeth City, NC) Join the Museum of the Albemarle for National Night Out Tuesday, August 2, from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and celebrate the United States Coast Guard’s 221st Birthday. Local artist Doug Lane will be signing his poster “Coast Guard Search and Rescue” consisting of caricatures of 19 Coast Guard aircraft. Participate in spotlight tours with a special focus on the “Out of the Blue: Coast Guard Aviation” exhibit. View the film Coast Guard Rescue Swimmers and participate in hands-on activities presented by the Museum’s Junior Docents. This is a free family program. For More Information Call: 252-335-1453.
