“Summer Fun at the Museum of the Albemarle”

(Elizabeth City, NC) Take a break from the heat and relax in the Museum of the Albemarle’s Gaither Auditorium for Suzanne Tate’s DVD series Crab Cove on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.

Crab Cove is child friendly entertainment that focuses on coastal living and the environment. “Lunch-bag Blues” show how “Helpful Humans” save the day by rescuing a dolphin in distress. “The Fun Run” introduces everyone to Sal Seal, a cheerful harbor seal from “Down Under” and Katie K. Sit back and take a trip to the seashore and learn all about the environment, the animals and plants and the fun times of your seaside friends at Crab Cove. Free to the public. For more information call 252-335-1453.
