Elizabeth City Downtown, Inc. will be hosting a downtown street re-opening celebration in one week - Wednesday, March 28th from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm at the intersection of Poindexter Street and Colonial Avenue.Come participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony, and be entered for some great door prizes! Cupcakes provided by The Cupcakery and beverages provided by Mid-Atlantic Christian University. Please stay and have dinner at one of our many great downtown restaurants.
