Chancellor
Becton delivers State of the University Address at
ECSU
FOR IMMEDIATE
RELEASE--Elizabeth City State University will hold its annual Faculty/Staff Fall
Conference on August 13-14. The conference will begin at 8 a.m. in the Floyd L
Robinson Auditorium of the Mickey L. Burnim Fine Arts Center. Charles Becton,
interim chancellor of ECSU, will deliver the State of the University Address to
the faculty and staff during the morning segment, 8:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., on
Monday, August 13.
Chancellor
Becton will share his goals and priorities for the upcoming academic year. In
addition, Alyn Goodson, ECSU assistant general counsel, and Steven Healy, of
Margolis Healy & Associates, will conduct a presentation on the Clery Act
and Title IX.
