September 2013: The Circus comes to Elizabeth City

One Day Only!!!  Circus Pages comes to Elizabeth City. The circus features acrobats, elephants, white lions, clowns and more. Times for the show are 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 per adult.
