History for Lunch - Fiesta Costumes

The Museum of the Albemarle will host History for Lunch on April 2, 2014 at 12:15 p.m.  Bring your lunch and enjoy lecture by a different speaker each month. The museum provides the beverage.  You may come earlier to eat your lunch before the lecture begins.  In conjunction with the Al Norte, al Norte: Latino Life in North Carolina exhibit currently on display at the museum, Kim Baumbaugh and Charlotte Patterson will jointly present a talk on Fiesta Costumes.  Ms. Baumbaugh has several costumes as well as costumed dolls on display in the exhibit and will bring additional items to discuss during the History for Lunch presentation.  Ms. Baumbaugh  is the current president of the Friends of the Museum of the Albemarle and Charlotte Patterson is the director of education.
