On Friday May 18th, the Nina , a replica of Columbus favorite ship opened in Elizabeth City. The ship is docked at Mariners' Wharf, until her departure early Monday morning May 21st. Built completely by hand and without the use of any power tools, Archaeology magazine called the ship the most historically correct Columbus replica ever built. The craftsmanship of construction and the details in the rigging make it a truly fascinating visit back to the Age of Discovery. While in port, the general public is invited to visit the ship for a walk aboard self-guided tour every day of the week it is docked in Elizabeth City. The prices are $5.00 for adults, $4.00 for senior citizens, and $3.00 for students. Children 4 and under are Free. Photo Credit: The Nina by Jessica Faulkingham

Jess,
I'm actaully flattered that you took the time to read my crazy ramblings. Thank you for your well wishes, everything is taking a turn for the better over here. I see you're doing very well, I'm happy to see. Please, feel free to continue reading, I update as often as I can which is easy with the slow flow of work at my office lately. Stay well, dear.
