Elizabeth City Featured in Yachting Magazine

In the October issue of Yachting magazine, writer and boating enthusiast Peter Swanson describes Elizabeth City as the preferred choice for “those who would stop and smell the roses.” In addition to lauding the hospitality of the “Rose Buddies,” he mentions the city’s burgeoning cultural scene and historic neighborhoods.
