Here is the listing of Elizabeth City's Halloween Events:- Halloween at Southgate Mall, Trick or Treating starts at 5:30 pm.
- As they have since Halloween 2005, members of the Historic District Neighborhood Watch group will be monitoring young ghosts and goblins on Main Street between Dyer and Pritchard streets from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
- The Elizabeth City Police Department will host a Halloween event for youngsters in the lobby of the police station at 302 East Colonial Avenue from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The event, which will include door prizes, is for children 12 and younger.
- The Fraternal Order of Police and the Elizabeth City Jaycees Haunted House will be open at the S&R Supermarket on Hughes Boulevard from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Admission is $6.00.
- Halloween Hayrides at Harvest Moon Farm, from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm (hayrides end 6:30 pm). $5.00 per person but adult chaperones are free. There will be games & coloring! Come in costume! Headless horseman will be seen at 6:45 pm!!!
- New Community Church will hold a “Trunk or Treat” at 100 Kathryn Court from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
- New Life Assembly of God will hold its festival from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
