(Elizabeth City, NC, April 7, 2009) – Leafy green lettuce, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage and early peas will be yours for the picking when the Downtown Waterfront Market kicks off its second season, Saturday April 18 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on the green at Mariners’ Wharf Park in Elizabeth City.
