Downtown Business & Professionals Association Monthly Meeting -- October 7, 8:00 am, Elizabeth City Bed & Breakfast, 108 East Fearing Street, Elizabeth City. DBPA welcomes all downtown business owners, managers, and anyone interested in the promotion and success of Downtown Elizabeth City.

DBPA 2nd Annual Harvest Festival October 23rd, from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm in Downtown Elizabeth City -- Join us for a day filled with fun seasonal activities for kids and adults! There will be lots of fun contests -- Scarecrow Stuffing, Donut Eating, Pumpkin Carving, Pumpkin Seed Spitting, Halloween Costume, and a Scary Story Contest!
