COA Offers Pilot Ground School Class through Workforce Development and Continuing Education

College of The Albemarle will be offering a Private Pilot Ground School class on Thursday evenings beginning August 22 through December 12, 2013. The class will be held from 7:00 - 10:00 pm at the Regional Aviation and Technical Training Center in Barco, NC. The classes cover the latest procedures and regulations to safely operate private aircraft. Students are prepared to pass the written examination required by the FAA. The registration fee is $180.00. You must pre-register. Please contact COA’s Workforce Development and Continuing Education Office at 252-335-0821 x 2250 for information.
