The Pasquotank Art Council's (PAC), 21st Annual Art Competition starts September 1st through September 6th, the Opening Reception is on September 9th where they will announce the awards, and will be displayed in the main gallery from September 9th - October 5th. The theme of this competition is for artists to capture the moment with their own creative expressions. In addition, the PAC's Art Competition is not limiting the theme to just Northeastern North Carolina.
