The Albemarle Historic Roundtable continues as the Museum of the Albemarle presents author Paul Clancy Thursday, October 4 at 7:00 pm. Clancy will discuss his book: Iron-Clad: The Epic Battle, Calamitous Loss, and Historic Recovery of the USS Monitor in the Museum’s Gaither Auditorium. A book signing will follow.Clancy has been a journalist for over 30 years. He is a writer for the Virginian-Pilot, and has written for the Washington Post, Smithsonian, Cruising World, and other magazines.
