HAMPTON, VA - Malcolm Jenkins and Kobi Williams have been named CIAA Players of the Week as released by the CIAA Office Monday morning.

Malcolm Jenkins, a junior who hails from Florence, NJ, repeats as the CIAA Defensive Lineman of the Week. Kobi Williams, who is also up for Heritage Sports Radio Network (HSRN) Division II National Player of the Week, has been named CIAA Linebacker of the Week. He was superb in the Vikings' win at the Down East Classic with 10 solo tackles, 1.0 for a loss of two yards, two forced fumbles (both inside the Vikings' five yard line) and an interception returned 63 yards for a touchdown. His last forced fumble preserved the win for ECSU as the strip came at the Vikings' 1-yard line with 1:12 left in the game.
