Lynn Nash exhibit – Opening Reception, November 13th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Lynn Nash, last year’s winner of the Landmark Competition, will be exhibiting her original paintings. Don’t miss seeing original works from this talented artist! The show runs through December 5th.
Christmas Open House – Make some headway on your Christmas List! Arts of the Albemarle will be hosting its annual Christmas Open House on Friday, November 27th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Come enjoy hors d’oeurves, wine and punch while you peruse our one-of-a-kind gifts. Original pieces of art, exquisite hand crafts, beautiful jewelry – there is something for everyone on your list! Also, don’t miss our selection of “little canvases,” painted by local artists and priced at $25. The Gift-a-rama runs through December 31st.
New Year’s Eve Celebration with Out ‘n the Cold – Ring in 2010 with our own Out ‘n the Cold at The Maguire Theatre. Celebrate with a champagne toast, party favors and breakfast and coffee after midnight. December 31st from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am. Individual tickets are $50 each or purchase a table for 8 for $500.
